Where is DC Startup Week taking place?

Every day, our sessions will be at different locations across Washington, D.C. To ensure you are able to attend the events you are seeking, please review the schedule of events and the locations of the sessions. 

Who should attend DC Startup Week?

This event is for founders who are ideating, building, and scaling their businesses, investors, ecosystem partners, and people who are or want to be working for a startup.  

When will the schedule be launched?

The first 100 sessions of the schedule are  now live. You can find this information on our schedule page on  www.dcstartupweek.org. More sessions will be added in the next couple weeks.

When will the schedule be launched, and will I be able to customize it?

The full schedule will be launched on the website soon; however, to customize your schedule, you have to first register at www.dcstartupweek.org, and then you will get a direct link from our partner, Sched, where you can review the agenda and create a custom agenda for the sessions you want to attend throughout the week. 

What type of events and speakers will be at DCSW 2023?

You will hear from founders, top leaders, experts, and investors from companies like Eat the Change, DMPED, Next (powered by Shulman Rogers), Logic Boost Labs, ThinkNimble, AWS, Republic, Revolution, SHRM Labs, Clutch, Cava, Breshna,io, Magick ML and much more! There will be networking events, happy hours, pitch competitions, and much more!

How much does it cost to attend?

Thanks to our incredible sponsors and partners whose support allows this event to be at a nominal fee for the full 5 days. As part of our commitment to the community, if the ticket price is a barrier to attend, apply for our community pass. This is your time! Do not miss out!

I purchased a ticket but I am unable to attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Can I get a refund for the tickets I purchased for DC Startup Week 2023?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any tickets purchased for DC Startup Week 2023. Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. If you want to transfer your ticket to another person, please email info@dcstartupweek.org to start the process

How can I apply for a complimentary Community Access Pass?

You can fill out the application for the community access pass here, and will respond shortly on next steps.

Do I have to attend all 5 days of DCSW?

You are welcome to attend as many or as few events as you would like. We offer events throughout the 5 days, at all times throughout the city, to allow you to find the best times, days, and programs for you to attend. If you would like to attend all events, we would love that as well!

Are the venues accessible? 

All venues will be wheel-chair accessible. Please let us know if there are any accessibility accommodations required by emailing info@dcstartupweek.org before October 1st, 2023. We are a grassroots organization and we will work as hard as we can to accommodate any special requests.

Are there assigned seats in each venue?

No, DC Startup Week has a SXSW type vibe. Meaning we have different rooms of content, experiences and networking. Everyone is able to attend any session. However, please note that some rooms may be standing room only depending on the layout and demand at that time.
